Almost Time

It feels like it took forever to get here, but now in less then a week I will be starting the Synarel nose spray. I find it amusing that a nose spray is even part of this whole process. I wanted to start so badly and now it feels like I have so much to do in so little time!
The hardest part of this process will be having to leave Avery behind for a few weeks while we go to Vancouver. I would love to take her because there is so many things that I would love to show her there but we will have to do that another time.
It looks like injection start day will be April 15 as long as everything cooperates this time! I am very nervous about the needles and all the blood work but I am sure I will be used to it in the end.

The Next Step...

It seems like it took forever but we have finally made it to a fertility clinic! We have not had the easiest time with doctors so luck would have it when we finally found clinics in BC that would take us without a referal Dr. Huncke finally gave me one as well! We still decided to go ahead with Vancouver because the wait lists are nothing compared to Calgary, Edmonton or Saskatoon. It can be like a mini vacation for us at the same time!
We went for our initial apointment and met with Dr. Hitkari at Genesis and Dr. Roberts at PCRM. Both were very nice and made us feel positive about our chances but in the end we decided to go with Genesis. It is very close to downtown so we have found an apartment to rent in downtown for a few weeks.
So we are all set for me to start taking my drugs on April 4 and hopefully the timing will work out to be in Vancouver by April 20!
